Yoga Classes & Day Retreats
What to Expect in Class with Me
I offer creative, joyful, and accessible yoga classes.
Our class will begin with breath synchronised meditation flowing with movement and postures, ending with relaxation and peaceful rest.
In addition to a physical theme (for example hips, shoulders, core, etc.), an esoteric theme (for example nature, seasons, elements), etc. is presented in class. I typically bring small artwork to integrate with the esoteric theme.
Honour the time you give to yourself. Self-care is so important.
All classes with me are suitable for all levels and abilities, with beginners especially welcome.
Gentle Yoga
Yoga that’s accesible, creative, and nurturing. Build strength and mobility. You will be invited to connect with your breath, explore postures and mindful movement, completing with a short relaxation.
Yoga gives us grounding, creativity, and resilience. Start the week inspired by investing time on what’s most important: You.

Group Yoga Classes

Notes about classes
Basic mobility such as being able to move from the ground up and back down again with ease on your own is required.
Group classes are not suitable for anyone with a major illness or injury.
What you will need to bring:
Please bring your own mat. You may also want to bring your own personal props such as blanket, blocks, bolster. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please let me know in advance, I have a few available for your use.
